Debbie Gilbert Montgomery and Jeffery Bart Davis annouce the marriage of their daughter, Jessica Blane Gilbert, to Kevin Shane Vaughan, son of Billy and Patsy Vaughan of Fayetteville.

The wedding was held Sept. 30, 2006.
