Fairburn calls for PSC plant to be shut down

Fairburn Mayor Betty Hannah and council members take a minute during the Oct. 9 council meeting to present a resolution to South Fulton/Fayette Community Task Force Chairman Connie Biemiller. The resolution calls for the PSC plant to relocate to another area and offers technical support to find answers to health and evnironmental problems residents say have been caused by emissions from the facility.
