SCUBA REGULATORS POSE DROWNING HAZARD
Scubapro® is recalling Scubapro® MK 20 First Stage Regulators sold
nationwide from January 1996 to December 2001. Over-tightening of the Yoke
or Din retainer during annual servicing of these regulators could result in
a stress crack and failure of the regulator. If this occurs during a dive,
air supply could be interrupted, posing a drowning hazard.
The recall involves first stage regulators that are marked with the Scubapro
brand and identified as the MK20.
Scubapro® USA has been providing a service upgrade kit via the authorized
dealer
network since May. If the service upgrade has not been completed, the
consumer should bring the regulator to any authorized Scubapro® dealer.

WEIGHTS CAN FALL FROM EXERCISE MACHINES
FreeMotion Fitness Inc. is recalling FreeMotion Cable Cross and Dual Cable
Cross Exercise Machines sold nationwide from December 1999 to May 2006. The
selector pin for the weight plates can slip out of its slot if the edges of
the pin are worn, allowing the weights to drop suddenly. Falling weight
plates can hit consumers using the machines.
The recall includes FreeMotion Cable Cross and Dual Cable Cross Exercise
Machines with model numbers GZFM6006 and GZFM6024. The recalled machines can
be identified by the name Cable Cross located on the upper frame.

SNOW THROWERS’ WHEEL RIMS CAN BURST
MTD Products Inc. is recalling Two-Stage Compact Snow Throwers sold
nationwide from July 2004 to March 2006. If the snow thrower’s tires are
over-inflated, the plastic wheel rims can burst, posing a risk of
lacerations and fractures.
The snow thrower has two wheels and comes in red, green, gray or black.
Troy-Bilt,
Yard Machines or Craftsman is printed on the snow thrower’s housing. The
model number is located on the snow thrower’s rear frame. The model numbers

OUTDOOR GAS FIRE PITS POSE FIRE HAZARD
Agio International is recalling Outdoor Gas Fire Pits sold nationwide from
September 2005 to July 2006. If the regulator hose for the propane cylinder
contacts the burner during use, the hose can rupture, presenting a risk of a
fire.
The fire pit is an outdoor gas fire pit with a surrounding housing that
serves as a table. The fire pits were sold in various shapes and sizes,
including oval, hexagonal, round and octagonal. The model number 98500 or
98500A is printed on the top of the label on the side of the sliding drawer
holding the propane tank, or, on some models, on the back of the hinged door
that lifts up to get to the propane tank.
