Inaugural luxury real estate seminar called ‘huge success’Wed, 10/11/2006 - 10:16am

Harry Norman, Realtors held its first luxury real estate seminar on Friday, September 15th at the Westin Buckhead in Atlanta. More than 350 of the company’s sales associates came to learn industry secrets and current trends from the best consultants in the luxury homes market. President and CEO of Harry Norman, Realtors Lewis Glenn opened the program by introducing the featured speakers: Paul Boomsma, Executive Vice President Luxury Home Division for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, Stephen Nobel, CEO and Founder of NOBELINKS & The Luxury Home Alliance, John Brian Losh, Chairman/CEO of Luxury Real Estate and Scott Rudolph, Director of Business Development with Luxury Real Estate. Paul Boomsma discussed methods of raising the industry bar with regard to real estate branding, listing presentations, and synergies with the resort/second home and luxury markets. Stephen Nobel examined how the concept of luxury is as much about process as product. John Brian Losh and Scott Rudolph illustrated how to guide the strategic direction of the luxury brand by working with member and ancillary partners. “This conference offered our sales associates the opportunity to learn from some of the most sought after speakers in the real estate business.
