Yves Fenelon is now affiliated with The Home Source Realtors Fayetteville General Brokerage office, where he specializes in residential real estate, foreclosures, and investment properties in Fayette, Coweta and surrounding areas.

Fenelon, who is multilingual in English, French, and Creole, holds a bachelor degree in civil engineering from his native Haiti, as well as bachelor in computer sciences and master in computer management information science degrees from City College of New York.

He also has advanced education in school administration and supervision from Long Island Universities of New York.

A former small business owner and real estate investor, he has an extensive background in computer technologies and education, and was most recently an assistant principal with the New York City Department of Education.

Yves and his family are residents of Fayetteville. He is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors.
