Union City will hold the 16th annual Fall Festival October 13, 14, and 15 at Shannon Mall. The three day event features fun, food, vending, parade and three days of non stop live entertainment, including a ‘battle of the bands’ competition. The city of Union City is partnering with Shannon Mall to host the three day festival.

The festival begins Oct. 13 with special musical entertainment from 6-10 p.m. Events Oct. 14 begin with the Fall Festival Parade at 10 a.m. at the old Wal-Mart and ending at Shannon Mall. Events continuing at the mall throughout the day will include “Battle of the Bands,” the 3-on-3 Hoopfest, live music, fireworks and fun. A variety of entertainers Oct. 15 will perform from 1-6 p.m.

All genres of music will be featured during the Union City Fall Festival. A special performance will be presented by world renowned gospel recording artist and pastor John P. Kee & The New Life Community Choir. Some have dubbed John P. Kee as ‘one of gospel’s greatest artists’.

In recent years the festival has grown substantially from its humble beginnings. This annual event attracts thousands of attendees from all over the metro Atlanta area and the region. The Union City Fall Festival is presented to promote a sense of community and civic pride.
