Tri-Cities Narcotics Task Force agents Sept. 28 are assisted by Coweta’s new law enforcement helicopter in a raid on Bell Tell Road in south Fulton County. Agents seize a cache of cultivated and harvested marijuana, weapons and cash at the secluded residence. Troubling at the scene were 19 dogs chained in back yard area with little access to food and water.
