Deborah and Jim Bishop of Fayetteville and Ronnie and Elaine Barlow of Mustang, Okla., announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Brandi Michelle Barlow, to Ryan Kirkland Beals, son of Nyna Beals of West Linn, Ore. and Richard and Cheri Beals of Boring, Ore.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Irl Manning of Fayetteville and Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Barlow of Newnan. She is a 2000 graduate of Sandy Creek High School and a 2003 graduate of North Georgia College and State University. She is employed by KPMG in Atlanta as a campus development manager.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Robert Payne and the late Mrs. Virginia Payne of Oregon and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lars Frederickson of Oregon. He is a 1997 graduate of West Linn High School and a 2002 graduate of Methodist College in North Carolina. He is employed at Peachtree City Tennis Center as the academy director and tennis professional.

The wedding will be Dec. 2, 2006, on the beach in Maui, Hawaii, with a luau reception in January. After a honeymoon cruise to the Hawaiian Islands, the couple will reside in Vinings.
