The Annual Georgia BikeFest has partnered with the Newnan Coweta Habitat for Humanity for one day of their September 28 – Oct. 1 ride.
On Sept. 30, 2006 the three-day event will be riding through Newnan, Georgia on its way to Waterworks Park to campout and rest up for the next day’s ride which will wrap up the trek in Roscoe, Georgia.

The Sept. 30th “Habitat Ride for Rafters” offers ride options of 63, 37, 27 or 12 miles.
Riders may register for the full 3-day event or for specific days of the event.
Ride registrants are offered the option of making a donation to the local Newnan Coweta Habitat for Humanity on their ride applications. To register go to www.brag.org or call 770/498-5153.

The Newnan Coweta Habitat for Humanity provides affordable housing for families who live or work in Coweta County and are living in substandard housing and who meet the criteria for securing a partnership with Habitat for successful home ownership.
