Jackson C. Moody, 80, Peachtree City, died Sept. 17, 2006. He was born Oct. 8, 1923 in Cleburne, Ala. He was in pharmaceutical sales most of his career. He was a veteran of the United States Army and had also served in the United States Navy. He had been a member of the Peachtree City Kiwanis Club for 25 years and a member of the Peachtree City First Baptist Church. Services were at the Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Bill Delay officiating. Interment was at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. Survivors include his wife, Willene Moody, Peachtree City; sons, Larry Moody, Smyrna, and Kevin Moody, Atlanta; and sisters, Edna Moore, Ranburne, Ala., and Jill McArtor, Fort Myers, Fla. Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
