St. Andrew’s in-the-Pines Episcopal Church in Peachtree City invites members of the community to bring their pets to receive a special blessing in celebration of the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi Sunday, Oct. 8, at 2 p.m.

St. Francis is the patron saint of animals. In past years the church has blessed all kinds of pets including horses, snakes, squirrels, cats and dogs.
