Among the participants at the Sharpsburg Old Towne Festival were Andrew Parten, 7, who enjoyed going through a fire truck. He is a student at Poplar Road Elementary School. Cliff Dye, who works out of Station 3, let Andrew climb into the truck and ring the bell.
