Worldwide ERC, a professional membership association comprised of individuals concerned with domestic and international employee transfer, recently announced that Freda Stephens, Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s director of business development/relocation, has earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation. Stephens earned the designation after successfully completing the CRP exam held earlier this year. In real estate for more than 16 years, Stephens became a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Bullard since fall of 1999, when Coldwell Banker Jim Butcher Properties merged with the Bullard organization. She has also served as training director for the Bullard’s McDonough/Henry County office, then was named to head the Business Development/Relocation Department two and one-half years ago. She is a Lifetime Member of the Metro South Association of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club. The CRP program was introduced in 1990 to formally recognize Worldwide ERC members’ knowledge of the entire relocation industry, and requires awareness of residential real estate and appraising, corporate relocation policies and issues, relocation tax and legal issues, and family relocation issues. To date, almost 5,000 Worldwide ERC members hold the designation. In addition to maintaining Worldwide ERC membership, each CRP must earn 30 recertification credit hours within each three-year period following certification to maintain their designation. The May 17 exam was administered to 528 candidates, and Stephens was one of 413 Worldwide ERC members who were awarded the designation from this group. login to post comments |
