Joseph “Wayne” Campbell, 63, Fairburn, died Sept. 6, 2006. He was born July 19, 1943 in Coosa County, Ala. Services were at the First Baptist Church of Fairburn with the Rev. Dr. Stephen Batts officiating. Interment was at College Park Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Louise Campbell, Fairburn; sons, Chuck and Melissa Fuller, Villa Rica, Walter and Jeanette Fuller, and Mike and Wendy Fuller, all of Newnan; mother, Elsie Campbell, Alexander City, Ala.; brothers, Roland and Hettie Campbell, Alexander City, Ala. Thomas and Bobbie Campbell, Lineville, Ala., and Roger Campbell, Sylacauga, Ala.; sisters, Martha and Randy Moe, Alexander City, Ala., and Sue and Charles Gillespie, Mobile, Ala.; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
