Home Source’s Belote earns associate broker designation thanks to hard workWed, 09/13/2006 - 11:47am

Melinda Belote of The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City has added Associate Broker to her professional designations. Earning the Associate Broker designation requires three years as an actively licensed Realtor and successful completion of 60 hours of classroom study, including such topics as contracts, terms and concepts, broker management, and law and ethics on a Georgia and national level. “Advanced education is a priority at The Home Source Realtors,” said Peachtree City General Brokerage Managing Broker Cheri Scranage. “Providing the most up-to-date professional service in the rapidly changing real estate industry is an important part of our superior customer sservice.” Belote, a Realtor since 2001, also holds e-PRO and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designations. She is a recipient of The Home Source Realtors’ 2004 Achiever award, and has received company recognition for high number of listings and for high sales volume.
