The Coldwell Banker Bullard Advantage School of Real Estate in partnership with Griffin Technical College will conduct the 75-hour course required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for a person to take the state real estate salesperson’s licensing exam.

This is the first time Griffin Tech has offered a live class. Up until this time, only on-line courses were available. Steve Bullard, owner of Coldwell Banker Bullard Advantage School of Real Estate, and Steve Hendrix, Director of Continuing Education at Griffin Tech, agree that this partnership will provide real estate licensing opportunities previously unavailable to people in the Spalding, Pike, Lamar and Upson County areas.

The class will be held three evenings a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6 until 9:15 p.m., beginning Tuesday night, Sept. 19.
The location will be in Griffin Technical College’s Continuing Education Building, located at 501 Varsity Road, Griffin.

The cost of the course is $450 plus the cost of books. The instructor will be Kenn Young.
Those interested in taking the course should call Stephanie Fenton, Director of the Coldwell Banker Advantage School, at 770-471-9420, for additional information.
