Watoto, an African Children’s Choir, will perform Friday, Sept. 15, 7:30 p..m. at Outreach International Center, 1091 South Jeff Davis Drive, Fayetteville. The public is invited.

“This choir travels around the world singing out the message of hope, particularly for orphans of HIV and AIDS,” said Dr. John Hatcher, pastor of Outreach International.

The choir helps raise funds for self-contained villages in Uganda where orphans receive personal care, education, medical treatment, and mentoring.

“The children stay in homes of church members while on tour and are models of grace and courtesy. Anyone who hosts the children always wants to do it again,” Hatcher said.
