Bill and Lynette Losey announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jerilyn Losey of Woodstock, to Justin Messer of Peachtree City, son of Jerry and Janet Messer of Peachtree City.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Dennis and Josephine Steele of Savannah and the late Ernest and Jean Losey of Rahway, N.J. She attended Sequoyah High School and Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio, where she earned a bachelor of arts in catechetics and theology, magna cum laude. She is currently a campus minister at Holy Spirit Preparatory School.

The future groom is the grandson of Virginia Fowler and the late Walter Crawford of Mableton, the late Marjorie Messer and Marvin and Dorothy Messer of LaGrange. He attended Starr’s Mill High School and attends Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio, where he will earn a bachelor of arts in December 2006 in catechetics and theology with a concentration in youth ministry.

The wedding will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, 2006, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City. The reception will follow at White Water Creek Golf and Country Club in Fayetteville.
