Evelyn Duncan Williard, 76, Fairburn, died Aug. 29, 2006. She was born Feb.1,1930 in Fulton County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde E.and Lucy Matthews Duncan Sr., her husband, Harold Williard, a brother, Clyde E. Duncan Jr., and sisters, Annie Ruth D. Hudson, and Louise D. Walker. She had lived in the Fairburn area all of her life. Services were at the Parrott Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Jerry Yates and the Rev. Lee Morgan officiating. Interment was at Holly Hill MemorialPark, Fairburn. Survivors include a son, Lt. Steven K. and Brenda Davis Brown, East Point; a daughter, Anita Brown Green, Temple, Ga.; grandchildren, Ken Davis, Scott Brown, Jason Brown, Stefanie B. Gibbons, Matthew Jackson, and Joshua Jackson; and seven great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Virginia Duncan, Fairburn. Memorial donations may be made to The Salvation Army, attn.
