In February, 2008, we ceased publishing The S. Fulton Citizen and reduced the total circulation of The Citizen by 18% to prevent raising advertising rates in response to rising fuel costs. The audit here ends Sept. 30, 2007, and does not reflect these changes. We will make our next audit, which ends Sept. 30, 2008, available as soon as we receive it. The current circulation of our newspapers is accurately represented in all of our other marketing materials, and in the statement above which indicates we are circulating 43,500 newspapers weekly.
