Could someone please tell me how on one corner of a neighborhood you have joe creepo/joe pervo getting arrested for performing indecent acts while his wife runs up and down the street drunk and then on the other corner you have decent hard working citizens trying to live there lives: meanwhile joe creepo uses the HOA of their neighborhood and the police department to harass the good folks? Is our police department so bureaucratic that they can't see between the lines? That twenty or some odd number of visits to the same house, with no charges might be a form of harassment by someone? Do they not also see that community dollars are being wasted on an unemployed busybody's meddling? And, puhleeze....Don't get me started on the irony of the home owners association in my neighborhood....all of these players are buddies!
