Now if the majority of the current residents of this community speak Zero (0) English - how do they possess a SS No. and have credit? Perhaps, these requirements are overlooked or obtained illegally - and prospective residents just pay an outrageous deposit fee - because they don't know any better. And who are they (non-english speaking residents) to complain about managements lack of concern with community decline (crime, unhealthy living conditions)- just as long as the lot rentals are being paid.
