Great scam. Wish I'd thought of it.
I buy a house in Fayette county. I claim the homestead exemption because I live there. I get old. Now I can claim the age exemption. I get bored and buy a house in Florida. I have offspring who are in a bad way and need help. "You take the house in Ga, I'll live in Fla." I say.
