The 13 and under Fayette Bulls traveling baseball team, based in Peachtree City, recently cmpleted a successful fall schedule of games. This was the third season of play for the Bulls in the highly competitive Georgia Baseball Association (GBA). The Bulls played teams from Gwinnett, Cobb, DeKalb, Spalding and Fulton counties.

Team members for the fall were Justin Du Pont, Trevor du Pont, Shaun Fletcher, Jason Field, Michael Head, Dustin Hirschfeld, Travis Holt, Joey Shoemaker, Phillip Sims, Tyler Smith and Nick Terry. The coaches for the team were Greg Hirschfeld, Mike Head and Terry Smith.

Plans are currently underway for winter practice and spring schedules in both Fayette County and the GBA. Anyone interested in information on the tam should either call Phil Sims at 770-631-3818 or Greg Hirschfeld at 770-486-6384. To be eligible for the team, players must be fayette County residents and born after Aug. 1, 1986.
