It's 1945 and the soldiers are coming home from World War II just in time for Christmas. It's a time for swing music, reunions, family and faith.

The community is invited to join New Hope Baptist Church adult, youth and children's choirs, along with the New Hope Church Orchestra and Drama Ministry for “A Place You Can Call Home,” a humorous and heart touching story of one young lieutenant's search for a place he can call home.

Performances will be given on Thursday, Dec. 9 at 7 p.m.; Friday, Dec. 10 at 7 p.m.; Saturday, Dec. 11 at 3 and 7 p.m.; and Sunday, Dec. 12 at 3 and 7 p.m.

In addition, there will be a preview dress rehearsal on Wednesday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m.
