Grace Evangelical will host free estate planning seminar Sept. 18

Grace Evangelical Church in Fayetteville will host a free estate planning seminar sponsored by Kennesaw State University Saturday, Sept. 18 from 10 a.m. until noon.

Topics to be covered include wills and living trusts, retirement planning options, leaving property to children, minimizing taxes and probate fees, how charitable trusts can increase your income and reduce taxes, how to convert appreciated assets to increased income and bypass capital gains tax, and what you should know before you talk to your lawyer—to save money.

A free, no-obligation estate review consultation with a representative is available to all seminar attendees following the seminar. Kennesaw State, as a Leave A Legacy-Georgia participating organization, will also make available a free Philanthropic Voucher good for $100 off professional estate planning services.
