A new home-based business has opened in Fayette County that offers a complete line of desktop publishing services.

ImageSmith Communication is owned and operated by L. Diane Smith, who has worked in communications for the last 10 years.

She recently moved to the area from Middletown, Ohio and is excited about serving customers in the area.

“Most companies or organizations have some need for desktop publishing skills, whether it be in writing, design layout or follow through on production,” she said.

Instead of hiring a full-time person or agency, Smith says she offers companies an affordable alternative to businesses that need occasional help on projects.

In addition to general design and layout, Smith specializes in assuring clients that their publications are user friendly to the fastest growing segment of the population, the senior segment.
