Superior Court The
following cases were disposed of Friday in
Fayette Superior Court before Judge Johnnie
Caldwell:
Audencia Reyes had
been charged with kidnaping and sexual battery.
He pled guilty to false imprisonment and sexual
battery, receiving one year to serve on each
count, running concurrently, with credit for time
served.
Kristie Marie Rhea
pled guilty to forgery in the first degree and
received three years probation with a $1,500 fine
plus costs. She was ordered to pay $62.46 in
restitution.
Richard Willis Rhea
pled guilty to forgery in the first degree. He
was sentenced to five years probation with a
$1,500 fine plus costs, and was ordered to pay
$64.15 in restitution.
April Marie
Sherwood pled guilty to two counts of obstructing
an officer, two counts of simple battery and one
count of underage possession of alcohol. She was
sentenced to two years to serve on each
obstruction charge, running concurrently, with
12-month concurrent sentences on each battery
count and six months concurrent on the alcohol
charge. Rhonda Lynn Smith pled guilty to theft by
taking and received five years probation with a
$1,500 fine plus costs. She was ordered to pay
$4,654.67 in restitution and received first
offender status.
Adam Lawrence
Lassetter pled guilty to financial transaction
card theft and financial transaction card fraud.
He
was sentenced to two years probation and a $1,000
fine on each count, with the probationary
sentences running concurrently. He was ordered to
pay $38.11 in restitution.
