Top college player now CCSU's tennis coach

Clayton College & State University named Elizabeth Nieto, the most decorated player in Georgia Southern University tennis history, as the new head women's tennis coach, according to an announcement by Director of Athletics Mason Barfield. Nieto replaces Jolyn Smith, who resigned in May to pursue other career opportunities after guiding the program since the 1995-96 inaugural season.

 

PTC's Thompson wins second Georgia Open in a row

Peachtree City's Dicky Thompson won his second consecutive Georgia Open on Sunday. His amazing streak included leading the tournament for eight straight rounds.
