Change must begin with each of us

Letters from Our Readers

[an error occurred while processing this directive]

I just want to support everything the Rev. John Hatcher said in his column April 28. If we don't change, then [events like the Colorado school shootings] will continue and grow worse with each episode.

Now is the time for change. The government can't. It is we, the citizens, that must begin to obey God and return to his standards of what is good and right.

Our country may tell us we have a right to print and broadcast trash but having the right doesn't make it wise.
