Recipients at the above locations must be residents of Fayette County. The state eligibility criteria for the receipt of U.S.D.A. foods by household is as follows: Completion of a signed, self-declaration income statement (application) showing that the total amount of household income is below the level shown for the appropriate size household in the following income eligibility scale. If obtaining commodities for another person please remember to obtain authority for pickup in writing from that person, along with their name, address, phone number, social security number, number in household, and family income. U.S.D.A. Emergency Food Program is available to all eligible recipients regardless of age, sex, color, race, national origin, or handicap.
