The Peachtree City Planning Commission considers the look of phase four of Kedron Hills at its regular meeting Monday March 22 at 7 p.m. at City Hall. A revised concept plat for the Kedron area, as well as a concept plat for Cardiff Park on the city's west side, are among agenda items. Also scheduled is a public hearing on rezoning a small tract at 427 Ga. Highway 74 north from agricultural to limited commercial, for locating a real estate office in an area already converting to commercial uses. Other agenda items include a concept plan for Smokerise Estates, Phase VI; landscape plans for MEI Corp. on Dividend Drive and Southern Motor Carriers at Commerce Drive and Westpark Drive; conceptual site plans for Plastikos expansion in Prospect Park, parking expansion at Hoshizaki on Hwy. 74 south, and parking expansion at MA Industries on Dividend Drive. A revised conceptual site plan for the Westpark Drive Office Building also is set for discussion.
