The Real Estate Scene...

  • John Bennett has been named branch manager for the Peachtree City-based Preferred Mortgage Source Inc.'s new Stone Mountain office. He has been in the mortgage loan field since 1985, serving as a manager for seven of those years. Prior to moving to this area, he worked in the mortgage loan industry in Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.
  • Deborah Toney is a new agent with the Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Toney, who is new in real estate, received her training through the MLS Training Institute.
  • Rhonda Blake is a new sales agent with the Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Blake, who has two years of experience in real estate, has resided in McDonough for 23 years. She has owned Blake's Wall Treatments, a paint contractor, for five years.
  • Jill F. Johnson has joined the sales staff of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Henry County office. A former Delta Air Lines flight attendant, Johnson graduated from Georgia Southern University with a major in public relations. She is a Phi Mu alumnae. A resident of McDonough, she is a member of the Metro South Association of Realtors and is a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
  • Brian Fetherston has joined Griffin Financial Services' new Newnan branch officer as a loan office. Fetherston, who graduated from McIntosh High School and attended Clayton College & State University, has a background of seven years in the banking and finance industry.
  • Jane Johnson is a new agent with the Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Johnson, who just entered the real estate field, received her training through the MLS Training Institute. A 12-year resident of Henry County, she previously worked at Henry Medical Center for 10 years.
  • Brannon Dunaway is a new sales associate with the Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Dunaway, who received his pre-licensing training through the MLS Institute, holds a bachelor of arts degree in speech communication from the University of Georgia.
  • Larry Spinks has joined Griffin Financial Services' Henry County office as a loan officer. Spinks, who has been in the mortgage loan field for two and one-half years, also has 18 years of experience in real estate. He holds a broker's license and formerly served on the board of what is now the Metro South Association of Realtors.
  • Tracy D. Johnson has joined the marketing staff at Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Henry County office. Mrs. Johnson, who is new in real estate, has an entensive background in consulting and customer service.
  • Mary Teague is a new agent with the Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Formerly with Century 21 Scarbrough Properties, she received her real estate training through the Real Estate Academy and the MLS Institute.
