Program to address

overscheduling, stress

Oak Grove Elementary School will be hosting a Facts and Snacks program Jan. 29 from 9-10:30 a.m. The featured topic will be "Is Your Child or Family Over-Scheduled ?", presented by Dwight Foulk, LPC. A donation of $2 from each registrant will cover the cost of refreshments.

Foulk has 17 years of clinical experience as a licensed professional counselor, providing counseling services for children, adolescents and adults. He also conducts workshops on parenting, marital enrichment, stress management, posttraumatic stress and the career search process. At this presentation, Foulk will address management solutions to the problems of overscheduling, as well as how to recognize the symptoms of children or families with far too much to do and too little time to do it.
