Griffin Financial Services Inc. has announced that its new Newnan branch office will be open by Friday, January 15.

The new office is located in Stonewall Crossings Shopping Center, which is off Ga. Highway 34 east of Newnan. The street address is Unit 2, 15 Baker Rd., and the telephone number is 770- 252-4741.

Managing the office will be Ed Izzo, a Coweta County resident who has has four years of mortgage loan experience and 12 years of serving customers in the hospitality industry.

Loan officers will include Brian Fetherston, a Sharpsburg resident who has been in the banking and mortgage fields for seven years; and East Coweta High School graduate and Franklin resident Alisha Pickford, who has six years of experience in customer service and one year in mortgage loans.

Griffin Financial Services has its operations and underwriting departments, as well as a mortgage loan office, in Fayetteville. Another branch office is planned for Peachtree City.
