For the second consecutive year, Seals Communication Corporation of Fayetteville will produce the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Preview Special for ESPN and ESPN2. "We're delighted to be working once again with the Peach Bowl, Chick-fil-A and ESPN on this year's program," said Rich Caulfield, senior vice president of programming and acquisitions for Sealsco. The company's veteran producers, Scott McLemore and Rex Humbard, are in charge of the preview show, which will be hosted by ESPN college football analyst Lee Corso. The half-hour program will focus on this year's match-up between the Virginia Cavaliers and the Georgia Bulldogs. Corso will prevent an overview on each team, as well as interviews with both head coaches and top players from each school. The Peach Bowl preview will be telecast Dec. 29 at 2:30 p.m. on ESPN and Dec. 31 at 4:30 p.m. on ESPN2. Kickoff for the game is set for 5 p.m. on Dec. 31. The Georgia Dome is the home of this year's contest, with a capacity crowd expected for this exciting New Year's Eve collegiate battle. In other new from the Fayetteville communication company, Matt Sprague was hired recently as a new account executive. Sprague earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in telecommunications from the University of Georgia in 1996 and received his MBA in marketing from Georgia State University in 1998. He previously worked at CNN International Sales Operations. "We're delighted to have someone's of Matt's caliber aboard the Sealsco team. His background at CNN will be an asset to his marketing and sales responsibilities for us," said John Bonner, president of Seals Network Sales. "We are expanding the Sealsco Marketing Group and Matt is one of the first of several new positions we have planned in the near future." Sealsco Network Sales also contracts with other companies to provide marketing services involving the sales of various "niche" oriented programming and commercial inventory on networks including ABC, TNN, Fox Sports Net, Discovery, Outdoor Life and fit tv. |
