* Dorothy Reinecke of Re/Max Results in Peachtree City, received the Leadership Training Graduate designation from the Women's Council of Realtors. She is the president of the Fayette Chapter of WCR.

* Donna O'Kelly of Prudential Georgia Realty's Peachtree City office was among the 500 top producing sales agents in the Prudential Real Estate Network, who attended the 1998 Summit Conference at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Aug. 31-Sept. 2.

* Re/Max Around Atlanta All Stars announced that Virginia Garcia has joined the office in Fayetteville. She has been active in real estate sales and marketing for more than 26 years and is a resident of Fayetteville.

* Marsha S. Cook is a new agent with the Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. She received training through the MLS Training Institute.

* Fayetteville resident David Barker recently joined Prudential Georgia Realty's Peachtree City office. Barker ran an export department for an architectural product company. He has also served in the U.S. Coast Guard for four years.
