Thirteen home sales have already been recorded in Phase 4 of Prestwick at River's Edge Plantation, which has homes priced from the low $100,000s.

Diane Yasinski, Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's marketing agent in the neighborhood, said that the new phase contains 60 homesites, several of which are located along the championship course of River's Edge Golf Club.

The developer in the neighborhood is Tim Jones Properties Inc., and the builder in the fourth phase is Tim Jones Communities Inc.

The upcoming Phase 5, which will also be built by Tim Jones Communities, will have 34 lots, 21 of which are on the golf course. The neighborhood will have a total of 137 homes at buildout.

The home builder is offering 10 different plans, each with several elevations, in Prestwick. The exterior are of maintenance free vinyl, and stacked stone, brick or stucco accents available as options. Interior special features include crown molding, shadow box trim in the dining room and foyer, double paned windows and security systems. Some plans contain an open sunroom or a bonus room.

Residents of Prestwick have privileges in The Plantation Club recreation area in River's Edge Plantation, a four-acre amenities area with a clubhouse, junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, for tennis courts, jogging area, basketball court, tot lot, and pavilion.

Yasinski, who is with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Clayton County office, has been selling new homes in River's Edge Plantation for the past six years.
