Kedron Hills has once again proven to be one of Peachtree City's most successful new home neighborhoods by completing its 100th sale.

Lorin and Larry Broome, the new home owners who sparked this occasion, are pleased to be calling Kedron Hills their new home.

"Kedron Hills' peaceful setting and close proximity to Atlanta immediately drew our interest," said Larry. "Along with the unique homesite and floor plan options," added Lorin, "we were sold."

The Broomes relied on the expertise of the Richard Simms Homes to custom build their home. Simms is one of five custom homebuilders in the neighborhood.
