September Fayette grand jury returns criminal indictments

Criminal trials are under way this week in Fayette Superior Court for some cases heard in the September grand jury term.

These persons were indicted in the last grand jury term on these charges:

Brandon Lee Allen, theft by receiving; Mark Allen, kidnapping, aggravated assault, forgery and giving false information to an officer; Pam Billiot, cruelty to children; William Thomas Boggan, aggravated stalking; William Godfrey Boyd, burglary; Joel Travis Brodnax, theft by receiving and criminal use of an article with an altered identification mark; Vincent Kenyatta Brooks, entering auto, allowing another to drive without a license, and possessing tools for the commission of a crime; Deloris Ann Brown, second degree criminal damage to property; Terry Michael Brown, aggravated sodomy and child molestation, false imprisonment; Clifford Desmond Byrd, robbery; Obel Ricky Cantrell, possession of drugs by an inmate.

Timothy Don Carson, public drunkenness, first degree criminal damage to property; Robert Gene Clanton, unauthorized possession of a weapon by an inmate; Nicholas Kyle Cooper, criminal attempt to enter auto, loitering, obstructing an officer, driving under the influence, minor in possession of alcohol, failure to maintain lane, impeding the free flow of traffic; Kristopher Keith Corzine, statutory rape; Dave Michael Cosby, aggravated assault, VGCSA (Violation of Georgia Controlled Substances Act) possession of marijuana; William Stacy Costley, burglary.

Kenneth Dale Crittenden, terroristic threats and acts, simple battery, obstructing an officer; Walter Russell Dallas, theft by receiving stolen property; Roderick Kilpatrick Davis, five counts of burglary; Randy William Dorsey, armed robbery, burglary, possession of a firearm in commission of a crime, aggravated assault, kidnapping; Richard Lee Dorsey, armed robbery, burglary, possession of a firearm in commission of a crime, aggravated assault, kidnapping; Alexander Gregory Durkin, possession of a firearm in commission of a crime, obstructing an officer, simple battery, reckless conduct; Hugh Dorsey Evans Jr., possession of tools for commission of a crime, eight counts of second degree forgery; Torrey Lynn Farmer, VGCSA possession of marijuana; Douglas Earl Farr, interference with government property, pedestrian under the influence.

John Daniel Finocchiaro, aggravated assault; Jose Luis Gonzalez, simple battery, obstructing an officer; Doris Irene Granadas, VGCSA possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana, forgery, driving on a suspended license; Steven Heath Gray, trafficking in methamphetamine, two counts possession of marijuana, giving a false name; Christopher John Hardy, theft by receiving stolen property, burglary; Damion Wayne Harmon, armed robbery, burglary, possession of a firearm in commission of a crime, kidnapping; Jason Allen Harris, driving under the influence, driving with an unlawful blood alcohol level, interference with government property, destruction of mailboxes; Stephanie Yvette Heard, terroristic threats and acts, giving false statements and writings.

Mark Lanier Hobby, theft by receiving stolen property; Adam Sean Hoffman, theft by receiving stolen property; Kenney Barron Holmes, VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, aggravated assault, obstructing an officer; Takeila Hudson, AKA Takeila Ann Lindley, three counts first degree forgery, VGCSA possession of marijuana, two counts possession of fraudulent drivers license, two counts second degree forgery, displaying a fraudulent drivers license, three counts theft by receiving stolen property; James Huff, unauthorized possession of a weapon by an inmate, obstructing an officer, affray.

Frank Jacobs Jr., theft by receiving stolen property; James Carlton Jenkins, false imprisonment, two counts cruelty to children, two counts rape, two counts aggravated child molestation, two counts child molestation, two counts enticing a child for indecent purposes, two counts incest, aggravated sodomy; Gilbert Nathaniel Jones, enticing a child for indecent purposes, contributing to the delinquency of a minor; Anthony Aylon Keller, theft by receiving stolen property; Willie Mark Kellings, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm in commission of a crime, battery; Charles Allen Kelso, aggravated assault, public drunkenness, affray, disorderly conduct.

Everette Anthony King, aggravated assault, giving a false name, obstructing an officer; Markeese Cortez Lamar, entering auto, giving false information, possession of tools for commission of a crime; Gary Everett Lester, theft by receiving stolen property, speeding, driving left of center line, improper left turn, seatbelt violation, driving on suspended license, reckless driving, fleeing and attempting to elude an officer; Hugh Bradley Lester, theft by receiving stolen property; Robert Lee Lester, theft by receiving stolen property; Thomas Spear Lewallen, trafficking in methamphetamine, VGCSA possession of marijuana, giving a false name; Manuel DeJesus Leyva, armed robbery, theft by taking-motor vehicle.

Michael Anthony Macconaugha, AKA Michael Anthony Martin, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; Elizabeth Ann Marlow, trafficking in methamphetamine, VGCSA possession of marijuana; Tiffany Lee Michael, VGCSA possession of a Schedule 4 drug, VGCSA possession of cocaine; Katherine Wilkinson Miller, VGCSA possession of Xanax, VGCSA possession of marijuana, VGCSA possession of methamphetamine; Brian Christopher Morris, unlawful possession of a firearm, driving under the influence of drugs, no drivers license.

Carl Keith Smith, kidnapping, criminal attempt-robbery, burglary, possession of tools for commission of a crime, driving on suspended license, improper passing, reckless driving, speeding, improper passing on the left; Stacie Ann Smith, theft of lost or mislaid property; Steven Anthony Smith, impersonating an officer, carrying a concealed weapon, failure to show proof of insurance; Robert Sidney Tallman, cruelty to children; Courtney Diane Thomas, obstructing an officer, theft by shoplifting; David Berry Thompson, VGCSA possession of methamphetamine, VGCSA possession of marijuana; Theresa Jackson Vessel, AKA Chrystal Renee Duncan, first degree forgery, driving on suspended license, failure to show proof of insurance, driving without valid license, operating without a Georgia license plate, giving a false name, defective equipment.

Michael David Waite, theft of lost or mislaid property, two counts of theft by taking, possession of a weapon on school property; Tracy Lynn Walden, obstructing an officer, two counts interference with government property; Lorrie Ann Walker, driving without a license, failure to maintain lane, DUI, unlawful blood alcohol level, endangering a child by driving under the influence, two counts obstructing an officer, three counts interference with emergency medical personnel; Donna Jean Walters, terroristic threats; Alton William Waters Jr., theft by receiving stolen property; Katrina Dale Wingo, trafficking in methamphetamine, VGCSA possession of marijuana; Corey Donyell Woodard, driving without a license, defective equipment, seatbelt violation, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, failure to stop for blue lights and siren, entering auto; Terri Lee Wright, theft by taking, five counts false utterance of a state lottery ticket.

The Grand Jury returned "no bills" on the following persons and charges:
