Peachtree City police made multiple arrests last week in at least two incidents, one reported fight and another apparently a teenage drinking party. Reports state that police responded to a "fight call" at a business on Dividend Drive Sept. 1. Brian Barger, 26, of Peachtree City, was arrested for carrying a pistol without a license. Two persons from Woodbury and two others from Peachtree City were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the incident. On Sept. 6, police investigated a "loud party" on Larkspur Turn, where they charged a 16-year-old with "disorderly house" and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Also charged with "minor in possession of alcohol" were Brandon K. Hinman, 18; Ricky M. Williams, 17, and Anthony L. Dinkins, 17, all of Peachtree City. Three 15-year-olds and a 16-year-old were charged with curfew violations because of the incident, reports said. The reports also show that Elijah A. Brittain, 28, of Atlanta, was arrested and charged in connection with a burglary at the Pit Stop on Ga. Highway 54. Chief Jim Murray said the arrest was made with the help of the Atlanta Metro Fugitive Squad and the State Probation Office, and that more arrests may be pending.
