Centex Homes holds model home grand opening
Centex Homes, the nation's largest builder of single-family detached homes, recently held a model home grand opening at its fully furnished model home in Timber Lake. More than 60 area realtors were on hand to tour the professionally decorated model. Jeanie Quinn of ReMax Results was the grand prize winner of the realtor drawing, winning a weekend for two at Chateau Elan Inn & Resort. Jim Brock of The Home Source Realtors won the door prize, a dinner for two at The Village Cafe in Fayetteville. The Centex model home at Timber Lake showcases the open and innovative plans currently offered by one of the nation's top homebuilders. The model features a sitting area and fireplace in the master suite, large master bath with vaulted ceilings, and kitchen with hardwood floors and tile countertops. The Centex appliance package includes microwave, built-in double oven and recessed lighting. Centex is currently building in the Woods Edge and Creekview neighborhoods within Timber Lake. Homes in Woods Edge and Creekview are priced from the low-to-upper $200s. The Centex model home is open daily 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday 1-6 p.m. Take Redwine Road to Spring Mist and follow the signs.
