Braelinn Baptist to feature Kay D. Smith

Kay DeKalb Smith, who has been called both the "Carol Burnett of Christian entertainment" and "a singing Erma Bombeck," will be featured Sept. 24 at Braelinn Baptist Church's "Ladies Night Out."

Theme for the evening is "Beautiful Feet ­ A Woman on the Move." The event will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Tickets are $10 and include dinner and the program, with extra charges for child care. Reservations should be made by Sept. 18 by calling the church office at 770-487-6691, ext. 206.

In addition, the church offers several Bible studies for women, both morning and evening classes. For information about the studies, or registration, call Carolyn Mayo at 770-631-0849. The church is located at 777 Robinson Road in Peachtree City.
