New fire station, church expansion plans to be reviewed by PTC

A proposed fire station at Paschall Road and Clover Reach is among site plans set for review Monday Aug. 24 at the regular meeting of the Peachtree City Planning Commission.

The commission meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall.

Other site plans for review include Carriage Lane Presbyterian Church expansion; and new buildings for Hanco Systems at Ga. Highway 74 and Dividend Drive and Commerce Place on Commerce Drive. Sumner Road improvement plans and landscaping for the Perlman Medical Building at Prime Point and Petrol Point also are on the agenda.

Peachtree City's Water and Sewer Authority also has a called meeting for Monday, at 6:30 p.m. at The Gathering Place on McIntosh Trail.

Among the new agenda items are the Huddleston Road sewer assessment district division, and a contract and agreements for Ravin Homes.
