The Real Estate Scene...

Denise Speller has re-joined ReMax Results in Peachtree City. She is an active Million Dollar Club Member and is the 1997 ReMax Excel "Resale Listing Agent of the Year."

Marie Story of Century 21 Southern Crescent recently attended the first course of the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) in Savannah, Ga. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors and has been a Fayette resident for 20 years. She specializes in new, resale residential and commercial property. In addition, she holds a degree in business administration and is one of the few Spanish-speaking agents on the south side of Atlanta.

Herman E. Talmadge III is the new manager of Griffin Financial Services' branch office in Jackson. Talmadge has been in the mortgage loan field for five years and was formerly in the brokerage business for five years.

Andy Joiner has been named South Regional Sales Manager for John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods. He will oversee the sales and marketing functions of ten neighborhoods in the southern metro Atlanta area, six of which are in Fayette County. He has been awarded the 1998 Communities 100 Award and selection into the Million Dollar Circle.

Maurice A. Brown is a new sales associate with the Newnan office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. He received his training through the MLS Training Institute and Coldwell Banker Fast Start.

Carolyn McKillop has recently joined the staff at Century 21 Southern Crescent in Fayetteville. She has attended several real estate classes such as Century 21 Plus and Kennedy Real Estate School.

James Fondren is a new agent with the Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. He received his pre-licensing training through The Real Estate Academy and his post-licensing training through the Griffin Tech Home Study Program.

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty recently added Anthony Anderson as a new sales agent for the Henry office. He received his training through the MLS Training Institute.
