Bad Links? | Starrs Mill DAR donates booksBy CAROLYN CARY Members of the Fayette-Starrs Mill Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution donated five books on the Constitution to the Robert J. Burch Elementary, the Huddleston Elementary, Sandy Creek High School and the Fayette County High School. Four members attended a luncheon in Atlanta and heard Director of Georgia State Capitol Museum, Dorothy Olson talk about the signors from Georgia, William Few, and Abraham Baldwin. Proclamations were received honoring Constitution Week from Peachtree City Mayor Steve Brown and Fayetteville Mayor Ken Steele. |
