Final homes, homesites on sale in The Magnolias

Only 16 homesites and eight spec homes are still on the market in the third and final phase of The Magnolias, the Tim Jones Communities neighborhood in the Eagle’s Landing master-planned community in Henry County.

A neighborhood of 180 homes, The Magnolias of Eagle’s Landing has all new plans from Tim Jones Communities in its final phase. These two-story plans, which feature brick fronts and HardiPlank siding, are priced from $260,000 to $330,000 and have from four to five bedrooms and two and one-half to three and one-half baths.

Neighborhood amenities in The Magnolias, located off Ga. Highway 42 between Hudson Bridge Road and Jodeco Road, include a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, two tennis courts and sidewalks. The area is in the Union Grove school district.
