Ben Mason is new music director at Carriage Lane

Carriage Lane Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City recently hired well-known musician Benjamin (Ben) Mason of Baltimore, Md., as the director of music and worship ministries. Mason holds both his bachelor of music and master of music degrees from The Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. He has also completed doctorate course work at Westminster Theological Seminary.

Mason is an accomplished musician in piano, organ and violin. He also has wide-ranging experience as a composer and arranger of music and says he is devoted to biblical worship. Mason will work closely with the church pastor, Dr. W. Douglas Griffith, in planning and leading the worship services at Carriage Lane. He also will lead the vocal and instrumental praise teams, the media team, adult choir, children’s choirs, the drama ministries and other ministries of the church.
