Fall festival at Southwoods

A Fall Festival weekend complete with tasty spiced cider, "spin to win" prizes will celebrate the grand opening of Brayson Homes' Southwoods at Mirror Lake in Villa Rica Saturday, Sept. 24, and Sunday, Sept. 25. Free hamburgers and hot dogs will be served on Saturday from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Along with fun, prizes and Saturday's free food, festival-goers who are looking for an upscale living environment at a moderate price will have the opportunity discover a country club lifestyle priced from the $160,000s.

To reach Southwoods at Mirror Lake, take Interstate 20 west to exit #26 (Liberty Road) and turn right. At the four-way stop, turn right onto Conners Road and follow the signs to the Mirror Lake information center.
