Christ the King church confirms 15 new members

The sacrament of confirmation and reception was conducted recently at Christ the King Charismatic Episcopal Church in Sharpsburg, with Bishop John Holloway presiding.

Father David Epps, pastor of Christ the King, presented red confirmation stoles to each individual following the prayer, the laying on of hands, and anointing with oil by Holloway.

Confirmands included Courtney Lauria, Jacqueline Doyle and Michael Doyle of Peachtree City; Sarah Otero, Peter Otero, Cyndi Otero, Gabriel Otero, Cyndi Smucker and Kendall Smucker of Newnan; Thad Jenkins, Jodi Jenkins, John McGeachy and Angie McGeachy of Senoia; and Gerhard Barr and Bonnie Barr of Carrollton.
